FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE TERMS OF REFERENCE • To manage the Parish Council’s buildings, recreation facilities, allotments and cemetery, including the income and expenditure. • To agree expenditure on areas within the remit of the committee where funds have been specifically allocated or can be sourced within the current budget for that committee. Items outside of budget should be referred to full Parish Council. • To liaise with other organisations on the provision and maintenance of leisure facilities. • To present Revenue/Capital Bids to the Finance & Resources Committee annually in October/November.
