TERMS OF REFERENCE • To set the annual parish budget each year having due regard to the budget requirements of each committee. • To recommend the parish precept for council approval. • To consider long term financial planning matters for recommendation to full Parish Council. To review and manage the Parish Council's banking and investment accounts. • To consider and manage CIL funding. • To consider confidential matters relating to staff salaries for recommendation to full Parish Council.
