Neighbourhood Plan Consultation – Have Your Say

Old Basing and Lychpit Parish Council is undertaking a Regulation 14 (Pre-Submission) consultation on the Old Basing and Lychpit Neighbourhood Plan Review.

Consultation period: Monday 26 January – Thursday 12 March 2026 (midnight)

The Review updates the Neighbourhood Plan made in July 2018, does not introduce new strategic housing allocations, and updates policies on design, Local Green Spaces, heritage, movement routes and developer contributions.
