Pavilion Tea Room
The Pavilion Tea Room overlooks the recreation ground and is suitable for groups of up to 20 people with an adjacent kitchen area with fridge, microwave and tea urn. This facility maybe hired in conjunction with the cricket club licensed clubhouse.

Other Venues for Hire
A versatile facility for any type of function.
The Main Hall is licensed for up to 300 people and can be used for Weddings, Parties, Village Shows, Meetings, Sport & Leisure Activities etc. The Frank Goddard room is a separate suite for up to 50 people with it’s own private facilities. Broadband has been recently installed, allowing access to the internet.

Licensed club house for parties and events of up to 50 people.

Beddington Centre
Regular or occasional hire.
Can accommodate approximately 50 people. Ideal venue for children’s parties, club meetings etc.
£45 for a minimum 4 hour period, and £10 per hour thereafter or £65 for an all day booking, and a £30 non refundable booking deposit at time of confirming the reservation.
St Mary's Parish Room
Adjacent to St. Mary’s Church in Old Basing, this room is suitable for groups of up to 60 (seated), and 100 standing. Parking is limited.
