HAMPSHIRE HIGHWAYS - UPDATE: M3 Basingstoke – Black Dam roundabout

Please be advised that we will be closing the Black Dam junction over five nights starting on Monday 29 November 2021.
The closures will be in place overnight between 9pm and 6am, and will include a closure of the entire Black Dam roundabout and the following approaches:
- No exit into Basingstoke or entering the M3 at junction 6
- A30 London Road eastbound approach from Hatch
- A30 Ringway South westbound approach from Old Common Road junction
- A339 Ringway East southbound approach from the town centre or Daneshill
During the closures, varied signed diversions will be in place primarily using the Ringway South/West/North and junction 7, to get to/from the M3.

Further to the information sent to you on 23 July; I am writing to advise that the work has been rescheduled and will now take place on the following dates:
- Thursday 9 September for one night
- Wednesday 13 October for eight nights
- Thursday 28 October for two nights
All other information remains the same.
