Voluntary Run Groups
eg Church, Brownies, Guides, Rainbows, using the hall and kitchen only will be charged a flat rate of £8.50 per hour.
Playgroup - £9 per hour
Children's parties
For children 10 and under there is a charge of £9 per hour for hire of the hall and kitchen at any time when the hall is vacant.
Saturday weddings, 9am to midnight: £200 plus performing rights fees.
Performing rights charges
- All children's parties will be charged at £2.00 per session.
- All evening functions and weddings will be charged at £10.00 per hire.
Other fees and deposits
* Booking deposit - 50 per cent of hire fee
* Damage deposit - £100 for all functions, except £50 for children's parties. All cheques will be cleared at the bank.
* Bank Holidays - £20 surcharge. Bookings only by arrangement with the caretaker.
* Hours of hire - 9am to midnight
* All music to cease by 11.30pm
* 18th and 21st parties - £300 damage deposit, booked at the discretion of Old Basing
and Lychpit Parish Council

right to vary charges. Bookings can be
