The Lychpit Community Hall is a Grade II listed building in what used to be called Little Basing. Originally Lychpit Hall was the North Barn, with the West Barn now being the Kwai 2 Bar and Thai Restaurant. This fabulous historic building has the most wonderful wooden framed ceiling, deep brick walls with the original vertical vents now glassed to provide daylight. The spacious hall is kept warm using under floor heating which is complimented by the cosy illumination of high pressure sodium lights. At the back of the hall is a compact staging area large enough for a musical band and the entire hall has lovely wooden flooring (suitable for dancing).

The Kitchen was refurbished in 2011 and is fitted with an electric cooker, fridge, kettle and microwave oven.
There are multiple cubicle male and female toilets and disabled toilets with both the male and female toilets having multiple cubicles.
