NOTE: The committee room can only be hired when the hall is vacant.
Voluntary Run Groups
i.e. Brownies/Guides/Rainbows using the hall and kitchen only will be charged a flat rate of £9.00 per hour.
Playgroup = £9.20 per hour
Children’s Parties
For children 10 and under there is a charge of £9.70 per hour, for 11 – 16 year olds charge of £12.20 per hour for hire of the hall and kitchen, at any time when the hall is vacant.
Performing Rights Charges
- All children’s parties will be charged at £2.40 per session.
- All evening functions and weddings will be charged £10.70 per hire.
Other Fees and Deposits
- Booking deposit – 50% of hire fee
- Damage deposit - £100 for all functions, £50.00 for children’s parties. All cheques will be cleared at the bank.
- Bank Holidays - £20 surcharge, bookings only by arrangement with the caretaker.
- Usual hours of hire - 9am to 12 midnight.
- All music to cease by 11.30pm.
- 18th and 21st parties – £300 damage deposit, booked at the discretion of Old Basing Parish Council.
