Parish Council vacancy

The 12 seats on the parish council are filled by election every four years.

The next elections are due in May 2003.

During each four year period we often have casual vacancies.

A vacancy exsists now to represent the Lychpit ward.

If 10 electors call for an election, the borough council will ask for candidates to be nominated.

If no election is called, the council will seek to co-opt members.
