M3 Over Night Closures
The Highways Agency will be undertaking work to replace the road studs across lanes 1, 2 and 3 of the main carriageway in both directions of the M3 in Hampshire and Surrey. The works are due to start on 02 February 2012 and require full overnight closures of sections of the M3, in both directions. Each full closure will be in place (one junction at a time) in the following locations: 3-4, 4a-4, 5-6, 6-7, 9-10, 11-12, for 14 consecutive nights 10pm to 6am, when traffic flows are at their lowest. Clearly signed diversion routes will be in place. The Highways Agency would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the works.
Staffing Requirement
The Parish Council is looking for a suitably qualified Finance Officer to deal with the day to day accounts, monthly staff payroll, VAT etc., reporting to the Finance & Resources Committee and Parish Council Meetings via the Clerk. This is a part-time fixed term contractual role (approx. 20 hours per month) reviewed on an annual basis.
